Berry Plum Overnight Oats

- ½ cup oats
- 1 plum
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla SunWarrior Protein Powder
- ⅓ cup Purely Elizabeth blueberry hemp granola
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Put ¼ cup oats into a mason jar or bowl and set aside
- Blend ½ cup almond milk with the scoop of protein powder
- Add ¼ cup of the mixture on top of the ¼ cup oats in the mason jar
- Top with ¼ cup blueberries, raspberries and the ¼ cup granola
- Continue the layering and add more milk to the blender if necessary (powder can form clumps)
- Put in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight preferably
- In the morning add extra fruit or nut butter: in my case, I added a plum
