Pumpkin Ice Cream Bowl with Cookie Dough Topping

- ½ a steamed sweet potato
- ⅓ cup pure pumpkin
- 1 scoop SunWarrior Protein Powder - Vanilla
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ unsweetened almond milk (or more for your liking)
- 2-3 cookie dough bites, 1 tbsp almond butter and/or ½ tsp cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to blender besides ice
- Make sure the consistency is to your liking.. if too hard to mix, add more milk. If too smoothie-like, add ½ cup ice gradually.
- Pour into a large mug or small bowl.
- Top with cookie dough balls and/or a tablespoon of almond butter and ½ tsp cinnamon
