Pumpkin Ice Cream Bowl with Cookie Dough Topping

Ingredients
  • ½ a steamed sweet potato
  • ⅓ cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 scoop SunWarrior Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ unsweetened almond milk (or more for your liking)
  • 2-3 cookie dough bites, 1 tbsp almond butter and/or ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender besides ice
  2. Make sure the consistency is to your liking.. if too hard to mix, add more milk. If too smoothie-like, add ½ cup ice gradually.
  3. Pour into a large mug or small bowl.
  4. Top with cookie dough balls and/or a tablespoon of almond butter and ½ tsp cinnamon
