Organic Strawberry and Kiwi Overnight Oats

- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (I used ground and enjoyed it much more)
- ¼ cup Original Purely Elizabeth granola
- 2 kiwis
- ½ cup diced strawberries
- 1 dried fig
- Combine your chia seeds, milk and oats in a covered bowl or mason jar. Let sit overnight (6-8 hours) for best results.
- In the morning, top with granola then slice kiwis and strawberries and put on top of granola layer.
- Add a cut up fig or date for extra chewy and sweet flavor. Enjoy!
