PB&J In a Glass

A great twist on an American classic Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich - just without the bread, added spinach and extra protein!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup kale
  • 1 tbsp Ziggy Marley's Organic hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen grapes
  • 1 tbsp Earth Balance peanut butter
  • 1 date
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior Vanilla which is vegan)
  • Ice for desired consistency
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in Vitamix/blender and process until smooth. Add more ice to the consistency you prefer. (It's best when extra thick and spoonable!)
