A great twist on an American classic Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich - just without the bread, added spinach and extra protein!
Ingredients
½ cup spinach
½ cup kale
1 tbsp Ziggy Marley's Organic hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup frozen grapes
1 tbsp Earth Balance peanut butter
1 date
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior Vanilla which is vegan)
Ice for desired consistency
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in Vitamix/blender and process until smooth. Add more ice to the consistency you prefer. (It's best when extra thick and spoonable!)
